My system is not working. What should I do?

Please check the system status through the app: Settings → Device List & Control → Operation Status.
If the operation status indicates a fault, please restart the system as follows:
  1. Press the ON/OFF button on the side of the inverter (to shut down).
  2. Turn off the AC breaker.
  3. Wait for 30 seconds.
  4. Turn the AC breaker back on.
  5. Press the ON/OFF button on the inverter to power it back on.
