My system is not working. What should I do?
Please check the system status through the app: Settings → Device List & Control → Operation Status.

- Press the ON/OFF button on the side of the inverter (to shut down).
- Turn off the AC breaker.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn the AC breaker back on.
- Press the ON/OFF button on the inverter to power it back on.
